Opening on 1st July 2009, the villa itself is property of Mihnea Toncescu, of 3 MT Tours. The villa shall be operated by 3 MT Serv SRL, the company running also the incoming tour operator for Romania, 3 MT Tours. The villa shall be classified by the Ministry of Tourism as a B&B (pensiune), a classification, that permits us to better implement our concept into practice.
